The good news is we can fix VHS, VHS-C and 8mm videotapes. You may lose a minute or so of your video but the rest is preserved. Once the tape is fixed and playable, we immediately transfer it to digital formats like DVD or MP4.

We hadn't watched our wedding tape for many years. When we went to play it we heard an awful screeching sound from inside the VCR. When we ejected the tape about 2 feet of twisted tape was hanging out of the shell. We were horrified! One call to AVS calmed our fears and that tape is now an MP4 that we can watch on any of our phones or tablets.

A camcorder tape with a Christmas party from many years ago was jammed in our camcorder. Mike was able to safely remove the tape, splice out the wrinkled part and transfer it to DVD for us.
