We hadn't watched our wedding tape for many years. When we went to play it we heard an awful screeching sound from inside the VCR. When we ejected the tape about 2 feet of twisted tape was hanging out of the shell. We were horrified! One call to AVS calmed our fears and that tape is now an MP4 that we can watch on any of our phones or tablets.
